To help you gain this understanding, Hayes Knight has created Business Booster – the first in the Hayes Knight 2009 Seminar Series.

Alan acts as a business coach and mentor to a number of organisations and executives, and is a regular media commentator in the business press covering a range of issues affecting the SME market.

Business Booster answers questions such as:

  • What are the key elements of a successful business?
  • What do profit-and-loss statements and balance sheets really tell you?
  • What do financial trends mean to your business?
  • What is the power of the break-even point?
  • How does cashflow relate to your profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet?
  • If the business is underperforming, how do you know where to look for the source of the problem – and how do you identify a solution?

If you wish to discuss Business Booster before the seminar date, host Alan Green is contactable on 08 8224 3300 and is happy to answer any questions you may have.
